Leadership Training and Development

Following the thought that leaders always grow, the program is tailored to meet the needs of participants at various levels of leadership. We provide training to help leaders understand the meaning of leadership, how to effectively walk in the position of leadership, and to influence others to reach their full leadership potential.

The program is designed to combine biblical leadership examples with leadership best practices and real life situations to create a participatory learning experience. Participants are engaged through the use of group discussions, role playing, and action planning.

Remember - Leaders Grow!

The best tip to learn when leading people is to realize leaders never stop growing. Many forget this and think that the title means you have it all together.

The Word of God shares a good example of this growth as we read about the life of Moses. This great leader developed from a man standing at the burning bush to a great leader, chosen by God to lead a great people. This work, at the time of Moses' call, was hard imagine. We know this by the many excuses offered by him to God. But, the excuses did not continue. By the time God's chosen people reached the Red Sea, Moses stood still, listened for direction, and lead this great people to the Promised Land.
